About Caroline Rigby CPsychol
Coaching Psychologist ~ Norfolk ~ Online UK Wide
Background and Approach
My interest in coaching initially came from seeing the impact that coaching conversations had when I was supporting the development of teachers and students in an education setting. My passion for coaching continues to be fuelled by continued learning and development and my own personal transformational experience as a result of working with a coach.
I now apply a coaching psychology practice to support the development of people in a range of settings, as well as working in a relationally attuned way with all clients across all contexts. What draws me to coaching psychology in particular is its grounding in evidence and theory alongside the genuine curiosity it places at the centre of the work.
